In an awarding ceremony held at the AMA International Training Institute-Bahrain (AMAITIB) on 12 June 2017, graduates of the first batch of Numeracy Skills Training received their certificates of achievement attesting to their competence in basic mathematics, mathematics of retailing, and mathematics of finance. AMAITIB’s Numeracy Skills Training Program is fully funded by Tamkeen under its Basic Certification Scheme. Tamkeen’s Manager for Community Engagement, Mr. Ahmed Janahi, was the guest speaker and delivered a short message to the graduates emphasizing Tamkeen’s support in developing Bahrainis allowing for their effective competition in the labour market.

The event concluded with everyone enjoying an iftar buffet of traditional dishes offered by the Institute.
